Pilates is a form of exercise that helps you concentrate on and improve core strength and body control. It works on these principles: Alignment, Breathing, Co-ordination, Flowing Movement, Focus, Stamina and Relaxation.

We run Classes and Courses on the following days:

Up and coming courses:

Monday’s:     

  • 10 am
  • 12:30pm

6th September - 11th October  (six weeks)

Wednesday’s:

  • 10 am
  • 12:30pm                

8th September - 13th October  (six weeks)

Thursday’s:

  • 6:30pm
  • 7:45pm

9th September - 14th October (six weeks)

Friday’s:

  • 6:30pm

10th September - 15th October (six weeks)

Saturday's:

10am – 11am

11:15 am – 12:15pm
