Injury Assessment:
-
Initial Consultation = £72.00 (60 – 90 minutes)
-
Follow Ups = £44.00 – £57.00 (30 – 60 minutes)
Every appointment with a new patient will begin with a consultation to gather information about an injury and the individual we are treating (10 minutes). Once this is complete we will perform an assessment of the injury and affected areas, including functional assessments and causes of injury (10-20 minutes). From here we can move into treating the injury using a variety of treatment methods including joint mobilisations, sports massage, ultrasound therapy, dry needling (modern acupuncture), MET + PNF stretching and various muscle activation techniques (35 – 45 minutes). Finally, your session will be complete with an instruction of rehabilitation and the next steps towards your recovery (10 minutes). All appointments will be debriefed throughout on what has been found, what treatment has been implemented and what effects are expected.
Sports Massage:
-
60 minutes = £57.00
-
90 minutes = £72.00
Deep tissue Sports Massage is recommended for anyone who may be suffering with tight muscles. Muscles in the body can become tight due to occupational, postural or sports related stress. Sports massage is ideal to prevent injuries, manage injuries, reduce pain, increase flexibility and speed up recovery. All sports massage has to be applied deeply into the muscles in order for the patient to feel the benefits. Good communication from your therapist will always ensure the correct pressure is being applied for you. Post treatment we recommend drinking plenty of water and applying gentle stretches.
Dry Cupping with Sports Massage:
-
60 minutes = £67.00
Dry cupping combined with sports massage is a powerful, non-invasive treatment designed to support muscle recovery, improve mobility, and relieve tension. This service blends targeted massage techniques with the strategic use of suction cups to address tight, overworked, or restricted muscles. Dry cupping works by gently lifting the skin and underlying tissue, helping to increase local circulation and encourage muscle relaxation. When paired with sports massage, it allows deeper access to tight areas without excessive pressure, making the treatment both effective and comfortable. Temporary painless circular marks may appear after treatment and typically fade within a few days.
Dry Needling with Sports Massage:
-
60 minutes = £67.00
Our advanced treatment combines targeted sports massage with dry needling to relieve deep muscle tension, reduce pain, and speed up recovery. Sports massage works to improve circulation, release tight tissues, and restore movement, while dry needling is used to deactivate stubborn trigger points that can’t always be reached through hands-on techniques alone.
This combination allows us to treat both the surface and deeper layers of muscle, helping you achieve faster, longer-lasting results.Your session will begin with a brief assessment to understand your symptoms and movement. Treatment will then combine hands-on massage with targeted dry needling where appropriate, followed by reassessment to track improvement.
Dry needling will only be used where clinically appropriate and with your full consent. All treatments are carried out by a fully trained and insured practitioner.
