” 2019 is set to be a very exciting year for Ocean Sports Therapy and myself. With many goals and projects to complete, I am incredibly proud of OST as it stands and of where it is going. This year OST will aim to run from two full time clinics based in Wokingham (Berkshire) and Didcot (Oxfordshire). This will involve adding to our team of practitioners and growing the business client base. 2019 should also include the launch of our functional movement screening service called ‘The Body MOT’. This will be designed for those that are uninjured but want to find areas to improve their performance and identify weaknesses that may predispose them to injury. I am very excited to push OST this year and see what goals we can achieve”.
