Sport has been at the heart of everything I have done since childhood and has completely shaped my life so far. Aged 7, I started playing football for my local boys team, and continued to play competitively for 20 years within the ladies game. Unfortunately injuries held me back, however, much of my injured time was spent with physios/sports therapists, doing rehab and learning about the profession; and so my keen interest in the field guided me to university. Now, I am the proud owner of a sports injury clinic and loving the challenge it presents. I am very proud of Ocean Sports Therapy and excited about future prospects. I am very thankful for how highly regarded both clinics are locally and within surrounding areas. I am continuously grateful for patients recommendations, reviews and on going support”.

Alongside working at Ocean Sports Therapy, I look after the 1st team men’s squad at Oxford Rugby club during their injury clinic on training nights and I cover pitch side first aid on their match days. I have been lucky enough to ski from a young age in which led me on to a lot of race training over the winters whilst gaining my level 2 BASI ski instructors. Furthermore, I have been fortunate enough to work in the likes of Dubia, Zambia, Mozambique, Hong Kong, the French Alps and here in the UK. I am wanting to focus on getting people back from injury and promoting prevention techniques. I am very much looking forward to applying this at Ocean Sports Therapy”.
