Joseph Howorth

My name is Joseph Howorth, graduated in June 2016 in Sport and Exercise Science BSc (Hons). 

  • Specialised in Sports medicine, exercise physiology and sports/gait biomechanics. 
  • Qualified and fully insured Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist having worked in the University of Bath Sports Injury Clinic whilst learning. 
  • Passionate cricketer playing for Eversley Cricket Club for 15 years and played First team cricket, football and rugby at school and sixth form. 
  • Spent 13 months working at Sussex Cricket Club as the First Team Analyst working on technique and exercise analysis. Ruptured 2 ligaments in my knee in 2014 with a full 18 months rehab and meniscus damage in 2016 so been there and had every treatment under the sun myself.
  • Qualified first aider in sport and exercise, and PitchSide therapist for my old school The Forest School Academy working with the first team rugby side.
